The “business of aesthetics” has always been a passion for Judy. Having held executive level positions in plastic surgery solo practices, small group practices and large-scale national MedSpa operations for over 16 years, Judy is keenly focused on building quality teams, improving financial visibility and accuracy, operational process improvements, and specific employee coaching and development.
Judy is known for being an inspiring leader and a champion to women in business. Often referred to as a “conduit” Judy has influenced expansive growth in the practices she served. She has first-hand experience with service line expansions, employee recruiting and retention, acquisitions, practice transitions, and scaling a business in multiple states.
Given her unique experiences, Judy has been invited to present several sessions at the annual Aesthetic Society meeting the past two years. Judy is a senior consultant with KarenZupko & Associates, where she balances both her “soft skills” and her “quantitative skills” to provide the greatest impact on the practices she serves.
