Dr. Leslie Lyness, DO, FACOS is a Board Certified Neurosurgeon currently working at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, Massachusettes which is the only Level 1 Trauma Center in Western Massachusettes. Dr. Lyness graduated medical school and Neurosurgical Residency from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She worked for 6 years in the Gesinger Medical System (from 20012 - 20018) in Central Pennsylvania prior to moving to Western Massachusettes.
