Xavier P. J. Gaudin, DO is a board-certified neurosurgeon who practices in the New York metro area. He holds academic positions at NYU Langone Hospital and Mount Sinai on Long Island. He specializes in spinal surgery, including minimally invasive, oncologic, and complex spinal deformity. In addition, he treats a full spectrum of neurosurgical disorders, such as brain tumors, trigeminal neuralgia, Chiari malformations, craniocervical disorders, neuromodulation, and peripheral entrapment neuropathies. He graduated magna cum laude from Illinois State University, before completing medical school at the University of Pikeville KYCOM. He then completed his neurosurgery residency at Ohio University/Grant Medical Center, and received additional subspecialty training in minimally invasive and complex spinal surgery through The Orthopedic Foundation in Ohio. He currently lives in Manhattan and enjoys spending time with his daughter.
